Hi Mike

Just wanted to let you know how much the kids enjoyed you and the critters!
You  and the critters were a huge hit. I loved watching their faces when
seeing the animals for the first time. You are great with the kids - answering
their questions, and giving them gentle reminders about the rules.  I can
assure you that my daughter Lizzy is braver than me! There's no way I would
have a snake wrapped around my neck! I will certainly tell my friends with
kids about you and also pass your name along to the teachers I work with at
